NewzVille Desk The Railway Board has issued a circular clarifying that all divyangjan (persons with disabilities) holding a Unique Disability Identification (UDID) card are eligible to travel in reserved SLRD and LSLRD coaches of mail and express trains. According to the circular, passengers falling under the following two categories will be considered 'bona fide' for travel in these special coaches: Holders of a valid UDID card issued by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPWD).
