NewzVille Desk Farmers from the Western Cochabamba region of Bolivia, clashed with police on Wednesday, after arriving in La Paz to demand the end of President Rodrigo Paz Pereira's Government, after weeks of civil unrest in the Andean nation. Clashes erupted when protesters tried to enter Plaza Murillo, but were blocked by riot police. Some La Paz residents, frustrated by shortages, applauded police and shouted at demonstrators.
