NewzVille Desk The CSIR - National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (CSIR-NIScPR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Science City of Andhra Pradesh. The Ministry of Science and Technology said the MoU has been signed to strengthen science communication and promote collaborative research in Science, Technology, and Innovation policy.
