NewzVille Desk The lavender harvesting season began Saturday at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM) center in Pulwama, marking another phase in efforts to promote lavender cultivation and aromatic crops in Kashmir. The harvesting program was led by CSIR-IIIM Director Dr. Zubair Ahad, who visited the Pulwama center to review ongoing cultivation and harvesting activities. He was accompanied by Dr. Shahid Rasool, in charge of the CSIR-IIIM Pulwama center, along with scientists, technical staff and progressive farmers.
