Responsibility for organizing this ceremony has been entrusted to Trust Treasurer Govind Dev Giri and member Mahant Dinendra Das (of the Nirmohi Akhara), replacing General Secretary Champat Rai, member Dr. Anil Mishra, and special invitee Gopal Ji Rao—all of whom had been indirectly sidelined from temple management affairs during the recent controversy. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has been invited as the chief guest, while Brajesh Pathak has been invited as the guest of honor.
