The head of the U.N. nuclear watchdog has urged Iran to re-engage with inspectors and provide details about its nuclear sites damaged in U.S. and Israeli strikes last year.

International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Rafael Grossi told the agency’s Board of Governors that communication with Tehran remains largely broken and called for the full implementation of nuclear safeguards.

Meanwhile, the U.S., backed by Britain, France and Germany, is pushing for a resolution demanding that Iran disclose information on the bombed facilities and the whereabouts of its enriched uranium stockpile.

Iran has rejected the move, accusing Western powers of politicising the issue and warning that pressure tactics could undermine diplomatic efforts.
