Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to take part in a major roadshow today in Nagercoil, campaigning in support of National Democratic Alliance candidates ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
Leaders, cadres, and functionaries of the Bharatiya Janata Party from all six Assembly constituencies in Kanniyakumari district, along with NDA allies, are expected to participate in large numbers.
The event is likely to be one of the biggest political gatherings in the region during this election season.
The Voting for the 234 assembly seats in Tamil Nadu will be held on 23 April, 2026 and result will be declared on 4 May.
