The U.S. State Department has approved sale of air-launched cruise missiles and related equipment to Ukraine valued at approximately 825 million US Dollars.
The sale includes 3,350 Extended Range Attack Munition missiles, equipped with GPS guidance kits and electronic warfare defenses.
In addition, the package features support equipment, mission planning software, spare parts, and technical assistance.
Ukraine will fund the purchase with financial support from Denmark, the Netherlands, and Norway, alongside a loan guarantee from the United States.
This proposed sale aims to enhance Ukraine’s ability to address current and future threats by strengthening its capacity for self-defense and regional security operations.
