Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani arrived on 17 February 2025 on a 2 day state visit.The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi extended a warm welcome to the Amir of Qatar upon his arrival at the airport.
Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani is accompanied by a high level delegation which includes ministers, senior officials and business delegation.
During his 2 day visit he will hold talks with PM Modi and other ministers for strengthening bilateral relations between India and Qatar.
The Amir will also hold dicussions with President Droupadi Murmu, who will host a banquet in his honour at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
