J&K: Lightning Strike in Gawran Nard Kills Two, Injures Two

Two youths were killed and two others injured after lightning struck the Gawran area of Anantnag district on Thursday.

The deceased have been identified as 17-year-old Bilal Ahmad Batana and Faizan Ahmad Chad, both residents of Maethindoo.

The injured, identified as 17-year-old Shareef Ahmad Batana and 18-year-old Sajad Ahmad Batana, were shifted to PHC Larnoo, where they are reported to be stable.

According to reports, the youths were travelling from Lehvan towards Gawran when lightning struck them.
