Assam, ASEAN ONE Partner for Japanese Language Training Expansion

ASEAN ONE Company Limited Chairman and CEO Toshiaki Nishikawa met Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma at Lokseva Bhavan on Saturday to discuss the expansion of the Japanese language training programme under the CM-FLIGHT initiative.

The meeting also focused on investment opportunities in Assam and equipping the state’s youth with language skills for global employment through the North East Skills Centre under CM-FLIGHT.

In a social media post, the Chief Minister said the next phase of the Japanese language training programme was discussed during the meeting. He added that more than 140 students are making good progress and preparing for employment opportunities in Japan.
