Parliament Monsoon Session to Start from July 20

The Monsoon session of Parliament will commence from July 20 and will end on August 13. Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju on Saturday informed that President Droupadi Murmu has approved the proposal of the Government to convene the Monsoon Session of Parliament from July 20.

Minister Rijiju said that the session will focus on meaningful debate, discussion and decisions on issues of national importance.

The 25-day session will have with 19 sittings.
