China Coal Mine Blast: Death Toll Rises to 90

At least 30 people have been killed in a gas explosion occurred at the Liu-shen-yu coal mine in Shanxi province in northern China on Friday.

It is the worst mines blast after the one which happened in 2009 in the northern China.

There were 247 workers who were underground at the time of the blast, tillnow more than 100 have been rescued so far.

Chinese President XI Jinping said that no efforts must be spared in efforts totreat the injured and search for survivors.
