Tensions between Washington and Tehran continue to escalate, with the White House signalling that it is prepared to sustain a naval blockade of Iranian ports for an extended period.

This development comes amid financial costs to the United States crossing 25 billion dollars, according to assessments linked to the Pentagon. The US is seeking to increase pressure on Iran to make it more flexible at the negotiating table on nuclear issues.

At the same time, Washington is reportedly preparing for short and powerful strikes as part of its broader strategy while diplomatic efforts remain stalled.

The situation reflects a deepening deadlock, with continued military pressure, rising economic costs, and no clear breakthrough in negotiations between the two sides.
