UAE, Ukraine commit to expand economic and strategic ties

United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed has held talks with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Abu Dhabi. The meeting focused on regional security and global stability.

The leaders discussed security developments in the region, including attacks targeting the UAE, with President Zelenskyy condemning such actions as violations of international law and threats to peace.

President Sheikh Mohamed reaffirmed the UAE’s support for efforts aimed at achieving a lasting resolution to the Ukraine conflict.

They also reviewed cooperation under the UAE-Ukraine Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, highlighting their commitment to expanding economic and strategic ties between the two countries.
