Fresh Russian strikes hit two cities in Ukraine early Saturday, causing casualties and damage. Attacks were reported in Odesa and Kryvyi Rig.

At least three people were killed and 13 others injured in the strikes, according to local authorities.

In Odesa, one person died in hospital while 11 were wounded, with damage reported to a maternity hospital, high-rise buildings and residential homes.

In Kryvyi Rig, two men were killed and two others injured after a strike hit an industrial site, triggering fires, regional officials said.
