Ladakh: CEO Rahul Sharma reviews preparations for upcoming SIR

Ladakh’s Chief Electoral Officer, Rahul Sharma, held a meeting to review the preparations for the upcoming Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in the Union Territory of Ladakh. During the meeting, the Chief Electoral Officer reviewed the present status of polling stations and took stock of various issues being faced at different polling stations.

The concerns were presented by the Assistant Electoral Returning Officer and were discussed in detail to ensure their timely resolution.

The CEO informed that the Special Intensive Revision is scheduled to commence in April this year and directed all concerned officials to remain fully prepared for the smooth conduct of the process.
