The Chief Minister of Odisha, Mohan Charan Majhi celebrated Holi yesterday with cabinet members and senior civil servants at his official residence. Speaker Surma Padhi reached the Chief Minister’s residence and conveyed her Holi greetings.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister wished the people of the state happiness, peace and progress.
The people of Odisha also celebrated the festival of colors Holi with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm yesterday. Special arrangements have been made at various places for playing with colors and firecrackers.
Cultural programs have also been arranged at some places. A special Holi evening has been organized in Bhubaneswar.
The people of the capital celebrated Holi by dancing and singing and throwing colors at each other.
In some places, people were seen distributing sweets and bouquets. On the other hand, security arrangements have been made at various places in the capital to avoid any untoward incident during Holi.
