Bondi Beach Gunmen had travelled to Phillipines with India and Australia Passport: Phillipines Immigration Officials

Two alleged gun men who attacked and killed 15 people during a Hanukkah festival at Bondi Beach in Sydney had travelled to Phillipines approximately a month before the assault, said Australian police after an initial investigation.

The father- son duo identified as Sajid Akram (50) and Naveed Akram (24) travelled to Phillipines last month with an Indian Passport and an Australian passport respectively.

The Father was shot dead by the Police where as the son is in critical condition in a hospital after being shot.

The investigation is on to know why they travelled to Phillipines. It is yet to be known whether they belong to any terrorist group and why both open fired at the people.
