India’s space technology and achievements are being showcased on the global stage as the prestigious 9th Bengaluru Space Expo 2026 begins on Monday.
The three-day international event, running until September 9 at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), opened with the theme “Harnessing Space for Global Progress: Innovation, Policy, and Growth.”
Organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with ISRO, IN-SPACe and NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), the expo has drawn representatives from over 20 countries and more than 250 exhibitors. Around 12,000 entrepreneurs are expected to benefit from the programme.
