Jaishankar meets Liberia parliamentary delegation

External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar met a Parliamentary Delegation from Liberia in New Delhi. The delegation is on a visit to India for the IBSA funded peer-learning programme.

Dr Jaishankar said they exchanged views on development programmes. He shared the experience of Jan-Dhan Yojana, MUDRA Yojana, SVAnidhi, Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Yojana, and Mission Amrit Sarovar.

The External Affairs Minister appreciated the delegations interest and reaffirmed commitment towards deeper Global South partnership.
