INS Sudarshini enters Port of New York and New Jersey

Indian Naval sail training ship INS Sudarshini arrived at the Port of New York and New Jersey on Saturday, representing India at the International Naval Review 250 and the Sail4th 250 events.

The three-masted barque participated in the Parade of Sail on the Hudson River, showcasing India’s maritime heritage under the national tricolour.

As part of the 10-month Lokayan 2026 transoceanic voyage, the ship underscores the Indian Navy’s commitment to global maritime cooperation.
