ISSF Junior World Cup: India Wins Gold, Bronze in Mixed Team Event

India continued its strong performance at the International Shooting Sport Federation Junior World Cup in Cairo, Egypt, as Vanshika Chaudhary and Chirag Sharma clinched the gold medal in the 10m air pistol mixed team event.

The Indian duo scored 484.3 points in the final, comfortably defeating Aliaksandra Piatrova and Mikita Daubash. This was Vanshika’s second gold medal of the tournament, having earlier won the individual women’s 10m air pistol event.

Another Indian pair, Mohini Singh and Himanshu Rana, secured the bronze medal. With this result, India’s gold medal tally rose to five, and the team continues to top the medal standings with one day of competition remaining.
