Mukesh Mangal, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, said the vessel, with 24 seafarers on board, crossed the Strait of Hormuz on April 11.

He added that the Ministry has so far facilitated the safe repatriation of 2,177 seafarers, including 93 brought back in the last 24 hours from various locations in the Gulf region.
