EAM Jaishankar participates at the Critical Minerals Ministerial Talks in Washington

The External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar today spoke at the Critical Minerals Ministerial Meeting in Washington DC. EAM underlined challenges of excessive concentration and the importance of de-risking supply chains through structured international cooperation.

He highlighted India’s efforts towards greater resilience through initiatives including National Critical Minerals Mission, Rare Earth Corridors and responsible commerce. He also conveyed India’s support to the FORGE initiative on critical minerals.

Dr Jaisjankar is on a three-day visit to US to participate in Critical Minerals Ministerial Talks in Washington.
