British boxer Anthony Joshua has been discharged from hospital, as confirmed by Nigerian authorities.
The two-time former heavyweight champion and 2012 Olympic gold medallist was involved in a car accident at Makun, Ogun State near Lagos on Monday, which killed two of his close associates and team members.
The 36-year-old had been under observation while recovering from minor injuries, his promoter said.
Joshua had most recently fought YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul on 19 December, securing a win and marking his return to the ring after a 15-month absence.
