The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Upendra Dwivedi presided over the 27th Convocation Ceremony of the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) as the Guest of Honour on 22 November, 2025. The COAS awarded meritorious students and conferred Degrees and Diplomas upon the graduating batch in a grand celebration at the NDIM’s auditorium.
Dr. Vishwa Mohan Bansal, Chairman of NDIM; Ankur Bansal, CEO & Vice Chairman of NDIM; and Justice Bisheshwar Prasad Singh, Ex-chief Justice, Bombay High Court were also present on the occasion.

Gen. Dwivedi congratulated the students & their proud parents on their achievements and lauded the NDIM faculty for its consistent accomplishments over the years.
Addressing the students on the theme “Navigating Change: The Real Constant,” the COAS highlighted the rapid pace of technological advancement and evolving global dynamics.
He urged the students to cultivate the character and resilience required to embrace change, find opportunity in challenging situations and uphold strong values, drawing parallels from the ethos and value system of the Indian Army.
New Delhi Institute of Management is a unit of “Society for Employment and Career Counselling” and is an integral part of this non-profit & charitable education society registered since 1992.
Led by a freedom fighter and senior most member of the UPSC, Jaswant Rai Bansal; distinguished Judges of the Supreme Court of India, Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank, Chairman of the UPSC, and top civil servant of India set up NDIM, after their distinguished achievements in public life, as a pay back to the nation taking their decades of learning to the next generation.
Over the years of dedication by the Board members NDIM has raised the bar of Indian education to match with the global standards.
