According to the directions issued by the Supreme Court of India, bursting of crackers will be allowed for only two hours from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
In addition, bursting of crackers with loud noise has been strictly prohibited. Bursting of firecrackers is allowed for only two hours from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm For Christmas and New Year celebrations, the permissible time is from 11:55 pm to 12:30 am.
