New Delhi || 27-20-2024 The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today congratulated Indian Chess Grandmaster Arjun Erigaisi for crossing the 2800 mark in live chess ratings.

Shri Modi also praised his exceptional talent and perseverance for making Indian proud, adding that it will also inspire many more youngsters.

Currently Grand Master Arjun Erigaisi is world no 3 in Chess. He started the journey of bright Career in Chess by earning his International Master title in 2017 and achieved his Grandmaster title just a year later, at the age of 14.
