SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket successfully launched the SXM-10 satellite for SiriusXM early Saturday (07 June 2025) at 12:54 a.m., adding to the growing strength of the satellite radio network.
The rocket lifted off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. SXM-10 was deployed into a geosynchronous transfer orbit, where it will enhance SiriusXM’s broadcast capabilities across North America.
The mission marks the eighth flight for this particular Falcon 9 booster, which previously supported major missions including NASA’s Crew-9.
The successful launch reinforces SpaceX’s role in commercial satellite deployment and its ongoing collaboration with communication providers worldwide.
