India bowled out for 150 runs against Australia

New Delhi || 22-11-2024 India bowled out for paltry 150 runs in the their first innings of the First match of Border- Gavaskar Series in Perth today. Australia is also in deep deep trouble. At the end of day’ s play Australia is at 67/7.  Jasprit Bumrah got 4 wickets and Mohmmed Siraj got 2 wickets.
Stand in Captain Jasprit Bumrah won the toss and chose to bat first. But Immediately after the India’s innings starts, Men in blue lost the wicket of Yashasvi Jaiswal(0) in the third over of Mitchell Starc.
Playing his second test match Devdutt Padikkal could not able to open his account and got out to Josh Hazlewood. India lost wickets in regular intervals. Debutant all rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy was the top scorer of India with 41 runs. Rishab Pant scored 37 runs. At one stage it seemed as if India couldn’t able to cross even 100.
The seventh wicket partnership of vital 48 runs between Rishabh and Nitish gave India some respectful score of 150.
For Australia Josh Hazlewood got 4/29.  Mitchell Starc, Pat Cummins and Mitchell Marsh got 2 wickets each.
Australia is also tottering at 67/7. All the Baggie Green batsmen were were very uncomfortable to face the Indian attacks. Jasprit Bumrah maintained the good line and length and awarded with 4 wickets. Till now top scorer of Aussie side Alex Carey is last recognised batsman who in not out on 19 runs.
