Colombia, One of the dark horses in FIFA World Cup 2026, beat Ghana 1-0 and advance to the R16. Jhon Arias’s first-half strike (14′) was enough for the South American football team against the black stars.

Played at Kansas City stadium, with jam packed spectators, Ghana’s Thomas Partey had a close chance to win the net within 2 minutes of play.

Colombia now will face Switzerland in the R16 on Monday at Vancouver Stadium in Canada.
