Bharatiya Janata Party President Nitin Nabin today said that over the past 12 years, the government has made comprehensive changes to empower India’s middle class with economic security, better facilities, and new opportunities.
In a social media post, Nabin highlighted several policies undertaken by the government including tax relief through income tax reforms and transparency in the tax system via GST.
He added that initiatives such as Ujjwala Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, and Swachh Bharat have also made basic life facilities accessible for citizens.
Nabin further said the schemes like Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana have enabled people with an opportunity to realize the dream of owning a home and health security from Ayushman Bharat.
The BJP President noted that through such initiatives the government has empowered middle class consumers which has become a major force in India’s economy and is playing an important role in accelerating the resolve for Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat.
