A nationwide collaborative public health research project, CCRAS- AYUSHYA, titled “Impact Assessment of Ayurveda-Based Lifestyle Advocacy & Household Utilisation of Medicinal Plants in Primary Health Care, was organized at Udupi, Karnataka.
CCRAS- AYUSHA was inaugurated by Prof. Rabinarayan Acharya, DG, CCRAS, along with Dr N. Srikanth, DDG, CCRAS, Dr T. Maheshwar, AD In-charge, CARI Bengaluru, & Dr Mamatha K. V., Principal, SDMCAU, on 13 June 2026.
The landmark initiative under CCRAS brings together 37 Ayurveda colleges & 30 CCRAS peripheral institutes across India.
The programme witnessed participation of faculty members, researchers, PG scholars, beneficiary families, investigators, and participating institutes across the country.
