INS Trikand Makes Port Call in Tanzania’s Dar-es-Salaam

INS Trikand, the Indian Navy’s frontline guided missile frigate, has arrived in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, as part of her ongoing operational deployment in the Southwestern Indian Ocean Region.

During the port call, professional, cultural, and social engagements will be conducted, and essential stores will be handed over to the Tanzanian government.

The ship’s captain will meet senior dignitaries of the Tanzania People’s Defence Force and the government. This visit aims to strengthen camaraderie, mutual cooperation, and bilateral relations between India and Tanzania.
