Ujjain, Puri, and Kashi have historically served as the pivotal centers of Indian knowledge tradition. These are the places where a remarkable synthesis of science and spirituality is evident.
This tradition has consistently presented a worldview that is in harmony with nature, balanced, and rooted in environmental consciousness.
Ujjain is not merely a geographical location, it has historically served as a standard for time-keeping—a crucial intellectual axis for chronological calculation. The discussions aimed at re-establishing it as a ‘Global Meridian’ represent a robust endeavor to bridge Indian ancient scientific consciousness with the modern era.
The ‘Gyan Bharatam’ initiative marks a significant stride towards the preservation, digitization, and dissemination of our ancient knowledge heritage.
