Lahaul Valley of Himachal Pradesh is witnessing Tourist activities as the weather clears up. For the past few days, adverse weather conditions prevailed in the Lahaul Valley due to an active Western Disturbance, which had impacted tourist movement. However, with the weather now clearing up, the valley is once again witnessing a surge in tourist activity.

Following the improvement in weather conditions, vibrancy has returned to popular tourist spots such as Sissu, Koksar, and the areas surrounding the Atal Tunnel (Rohtang). The number of tourists in these regions is gradually rising, signaling a renewed acceleration of tourism-related activities throughout the valley.

Recent fresh snowfall has further enhanced the allure of the region’s natural landscapes. Drawn by this scenic beauty, a large number of tourists are now flocking to the valley. Visitors can be seen playing in the snow, engaging in photography, and reveling in the splendor of the picturesque valleys.

Stakeholders in the local tourism industry express optimism that the clearing weather will lead to a revival in their businesses. Hotel owners, dhaba operators, and taxi drivers have found relief in the return of tourists.

If the weather remains clear in the coming days, the Lahaul Valley is likely to witness a further increase in tourist arrivals, which will, in turn, provide a boost to the local economy.
