Finland President Alexander Stubb arrived in New Delhi on a State Visit to India and was accorded a ceremonial welcome with a Guard of Honour at the airport. He was received by Minister of State V. K. Singh.
President Stubb will be the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker at the Raisina Dialogue 2026.
India and Finland share warm and friendly ties rooted in shared democratic values, and the visit is expected to further energise bilateral relations.
The Ministry of External Affairs shared a post on ‘X’ and wrote, “A warm welcome to India! Finland President Alexander Stubb @alexstubb of the Republic of Finland has arrived in New Delhi on a State Visit to India. President Stubb was accorded a ceremonial welcome and a Guard of Honour, and was received by Minister of State @KVSinghMPGonda at the airport.
