The State Government of Telangana has announced a series of service and gallantry awards for personnel from the police, fire services, Anti-Corruption Bureau, and Vigilance and Enforcement departments.
The honours include the Telangana Sourya Pathakam, Telangana Mahonnatha Pathakam, Telangana Mahonnatha Seva Pathakam, Telangana Uttama Seva Pathakam, Telangana Katina Seva Pathakam and Telangana Seva Pathakam.
Seven police personnel were awarded the Telangana Sourya Pathakam for acts of bravery. Sixteen personnel received the Telangana Mahonnatha Seva Pathakam. A total of 94 police personnel were honoured with the Telangana Uttama Seva Pathakam, 53 with the Telangana Katina Seva Pathakam and 549 with the Telangana Seva Pathakam.
