Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the 100th All India Medical Conference ‘IMA NATCON – 2025’ in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on Sunday.

Speaking at the conference, Home Minister Amit Shah expressed his gratitude to doctors who served during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Shah stated, “I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the doctors who served during the COVID-19 pandemic. No doctor working in any field has ever said no to anyone. They served the people without worrying about their own health.”

“The IMA has added a golden chapter through service and medical education. Now they are aligning themselves with the goal of a Viksit Bharat set by Modi Ji and working towards achieving it by building a healthy India,” he added.

Shah presented oration awards and also released the book ‘100 Steps for Healthy Life.’
