The Ministry of Civil Aviation has set up a permanent 24×7 Passenger Assistance Control Room in New Delhi to address passenger complaints related to India’s aviation sector.
The control room, established at Udaan Bhawan, brings together officials from the Ministry, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), airline operators and other aviation stakeholders under one roof.
Launched under the leadership of Civil Aviation Minister Rammohan Naidu, the integrated hub monitors flight operations in real time, attends to passenger calls and ensures faster grievance redressal.
