Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena has written a letter to former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, criticising him for the pollution in the capital. In a 15-page letter, Saxena accused the previous Aam Aadmi Party government for 11 years of negligence and failing to take measures to control air pollution.

He added that the previous government never took any steps to control dust emission, which is a major cause of air pollution in Delhi.

Meanwhile, the AAP refuted these allegations, saying that the Lieutenant Governor does not want to talk about the pollution issue.

AAP’s media advisor, Anurag Dhanda, alleged that the current government has failed to control pollution and is trying to divert people’s attention from the issue.
