DGCA dismisses four principal inspectors of IndiGo

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has dismissed four flight operations inspectors (FOIs) who served as the principal operations inspectors (PIO) responsible for oversight of IndiGo.

In an office order, the Ministry of Civil Aviation’s DGCA stated, “Consequent upon approval of the Competent Authority, the following FOIs under various categories, on contract basis, in DGCA are hereby relieved from DGCA with immediate effect to join their respective parent organizations:”

The inspectors relieved are:

1. Rish Raj Chatterjee

2. Seema Jhamnani

3. Anil Kumar Pokhariyal

4. Priyam Kaushik
