NIA detains person from West Bengal in connection with Red Fort blast

National Investigation Agency (NIA) yesterday evening detained a person named Nur Alam from Islampur of North Dinajpur district of West Bengal in connection with the recent Delhi blast near Lal Qila.

Nur Alam is reported to be a resident of North Dinajpur district, and he is a student of Al Falah University of Faridabad. According to the police, he came to a village to attend a marriage ceremony.

On 10 November evening a blast ocuured killing nearly 12 people and several injured near Red Fort Metro Gate no 1.
