Red Fort Blast: PM Modi condoles the loss of lives; Reviews the situation with Home Minister

At least 8 people were killed and 20 others injured in a blast at the Red Fort Metro Gate number 1 in Delhi. According to a report at approximately 7 PM on 10 November, 2025 Delhi Fire Service recieved a call regarding the blast and the fire service personnel rushed to the site.

PM Narendra Modi has condoled the loss of lives in the blast in Delhi earlier this evening.”Condolences to those who have lost their loved ones in the blast in Delhi earlier this evening. May the injured recover at the earliest. Those affected are being assisted by authorities. Reviewed the situation with Home Minister Amit Shah Ji and other officials”, Modi stated.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

Home Minister Amit Shah said that the NSG and NIA teams along with the forensic personnel have arrived the blast spot for the probe.
