CM Fadnavis Pays Tribute to Police Martyrs in Mumbai

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis paid tribute to police personnel who laid down their lives in the line of duty over the past year at the Police Commemoration Day ceremony held at the Police Headquarters in Mumbai.

The Chief Minister laid a wreath at the Police Memorial to honour the memory of the 191 police martyrs – comprising 34 officers and 157 constables – who made the ultimate sacrifice across the country in the last year.

Chief Minister Fadnavis also interacted with the families of the martyrs, as well as foreign dignitaries and senior officials, expressing his condolences and gratitude for the sacrifices made by the police force in ensuring national security and public safety.
