Pakistan beat Bangladesh by 11 runs to play the final against India in the Asia Cup T20. Men in green won the match quiet comfortably at last.
With one wicket in hand Bangladesh needed massive 23 runs in the last over, but they were able to get 11 runs.
Put into bat Pakistan scored 135 runs with the loss of 8 wickets. Wicket keeper Mohammad Haris remained the top scorer with 31 runs from 23 balls where as Taskin Ahmed of Bangladesh bowled beautifully to get the figure of 3/28.
Bangladesh tried to chase down the small total but failed before the spirited Pakistani bowlers, who took wickets in regular intervals.
Shamim Hossain remained top scorer for Bangladesh with 30 runs from 25 balls. Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf got 3 wickets each.
Now as expected It will be India versus Pakistan in the final. India defeated both the occasions they faced their archrival in the ongoing Asia Cup T20 in Dubai.
