Both Houses of Parliament have been adjourned till 2:00 PM on Wednesday amid ruckus from the opposition over the Special Intensive Revision exercise conducted in Bihar, among other issues.

Earlier in the Lok Sabha, Speaker Om Birla led the House in paying tributes on the 80th anniversary of the nuclear attacks on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Later, following opposition disruptions, he adjourned the House till 2:00 PM.

In the Rajya Sabha, Deputy Chairman Harivansh refused to accept notices under Rule 267, stating that none of the notices met the required criteria. He urged members not to create a ruckus in the House and to present their stance during the Zero Hour. The House was then slated to meet again at 2:00 PM.
