India, Nepal sign agreement for seven development projects

India signed an agreement with Nepal on Thursday to undertake seven high-impact development projects in the Himalayan nation under a grant assistance of NRs 4.73 million.

The Indian Embassy and Nepal’s Ministry of General Administration signed a Memorandum of Understanding to undertake the projects in areas such as agriculture and health.

According to a statement by the Indian Embassy, the projects include the construction of cold stores, school buildings, and a birthing centre in various provinces of Nepal.
