Qatar has condemned an Iranian attack on a residential facility in Al-Kharj in Saudi Arabia that killed two civilians and injured several others.
In a statement, Doha described the strike as a flagrant violation of international law and warned that it represents a dangerous escalation threatening regional security.
Qatar also rejected Iran’s justifications for targeting countries in the region and urged adherence to international law and the principles of good neighbourliness.
The Gulf nation further expressed full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and extended condolences to the families of the victims.
