The Bihar pavilion, featuring a tableau showcasing the state’s signature superfood, makhana (fox nuts), traditional Bihari food stalls, and vibrant cultural programs, has attracted considerable attention from tourists across the country.
VR Transforms Bihar Tourism Presentation
Visitors at the stall are experiencing Bihar’s tourist destinations up close by wearing VR headsets. This use of digital technology allows people to get a glimpse of Bihar’s diversity, spirituality, and natural beauty in a short time. Detailed information about Bihar tourism, travel circuits, and descriptions of tourist destinations are also available via QR codes.
Makhana Tableau Garners Special Appreciation
The Bihar makhana tableau displayed at the Bharat Parv complex has become a major attraction this year. The tableau effectively depicts makhana production in the Mithila region, its cultivation, processing, and the rural life associated with it. Presenting makhana as Bihar’s “superfood,” the tableau highlights its nutritional value, employment opportunities, and global demand. A large number of visitors were seen taking pictures with the makhana tableau at Bharat Parv.
Bihar Food Stall Draws Crowds
The Bihar food stall is also immensely popular. Long queues of people are seen waiting to savor traditional Bihari delicacies such as litti-chokha, thekua, anarsa, khaja, sattu, and makhana-based dishes.
