Learjet 45 aircraft, with registration VT-SSK of VSR Ventures Pvt. Ltd, crashed on 28 January, 2026 at Baramati while operating a flight for sector “Mumbai-Baramati”. All the occupants of the aircrafts received fatal injuries including 02 crew members. The passengers included Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Ajit Pawar.

- On 14.09.2023, one of the company aircraft, Learjet 45 aircraft with registration VT-DBL was involved in an accident during landing at Mumbai Airport. The accident is under investigation by AAIB.
