India Energy Week 2026: Global energy engagement from discussion to direct collaboration

India Energy Week 2026 will be held from 27-30 January, 2026 in Goa, bringing global energy leaders together to discuss energy security, investments, and decarbonisation.

Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Hardeep Singh Puri, said India Energy Week 2026 will move global energy engagement from discussion to direct collaboration.

The 9th Prime Minister’s Roundtable will bring together foreign CEOs, Indian private sector leaders, and public sector representatives, alongside dialogues with countries including Japan, Iceland, the Netherlands, and the US. With 11 country pavilions and multiple bilateral meetings, IEW 2026 reinforces India’s role as a global energy convenor under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.

The Minister shared a post on ‘X’ and wrote: “At India Energy Week 2026, global energy engagement moves from discussion to direct collaboration. The 9th Prime Minister’s Roundtable will bring together foreign CEOs, Indian private sector leaders, and public sector representatives. This will be complemented by the India-Arab Energy Dialogue, an India-Japan Roundtable following earlier discussions in Tokyo, and additional roundtables with Iceland, the Netherlands, and the India-US Business Council. With 11 country pavilions and multiple bilateral meetings involving senior leadership, including the Prime Minister, IEW 2026 reinforces India’s role as a global energy convenor. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India Energy Week has become a platform for sustained global energy partnerships. Get ready to join the global energy community.”

The first major international energy event of the year, IEW 2026 will focus on energy security, investments, and decarbonisation pathways.

With over 75,000 participants, 600 exhibitors, and more than 120 conference sessions, the platform continues to grow bigger every year. Ministers and delegates from over a dozen countries, global CEOs, policymakers, and technology leaders will take part.

The event will feature 11 thematic zones, including new Nuclear and Sustainable Aviation Fuel zones, alongside a strong emphasis on Make in India and Net Zero goals.

India Energy Week 2026 will also witness major business agreements, strategic dialogues, startup challenges, and key global energy reports, positioning India firmly at the centre of the global energy conversation.
